By using strydebarefoot.com you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.

2. Orders

Prices are in USD unless stated. We may refuse or cancel orders for fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues; you'll be refunded in full. Title and risk transfer at delivery.

3. Pre-orders (Founder's Drop)

Pre-orders charge at purchase, hold an edition number, and ship on the estimated date shown at checkout. If we materially miss that window we will email you and offer a refund.

4. Crowdfunding pledges (Back Us)

Back Us sells product rewards only. It is not an investment and confers no equity, profit-share, or financial return. If the campaign is cancelled before fulfilment we refund pledges in full.

5. Intellectual property

STRYDE name, logo, designs, photos, and copy are owned by us. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

6. Disclaimers

Footwear is provided "as is" beyond the warranty in our Refund & Shipping policy. STRYDE is a footwear brand, not a medical device. Consult a professional before starting any new training program.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where STRYDE is incorporated. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts.
