Refund & Shipping Policy

Shipping

Standard (US): 3–6 business days. Flat rate at checkout; free over $150.
Expedited (US): 1–3 business days.
International: 7–14 business days; duties/taxes calculated at checkout where possible.

Pre-order edition pairs ship on the date shown on the product page. Crowdfunding pledges ship after the campaign closes and production completes; see the Back Us page for the current estimate.

Returns

30-day returns on unworn pairs in original packaging. Start a return from your account page or email sales@strydebarefoot.com. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Exceptions

Founder's Drop edition pairs: exchangeable for size only.
Final-sale items as marked at checkout.

Exchanges

Free size exchanges within 30 days; we cover return shipping for size swaps in the US.

Warranty

12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, abrasion from improper surfaces, and damage from misuse are not covered.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
